Matthew L. Whelan

President/CEO

 

Matthew has over 20 years of experience in retail facility maintenance and holds an MBA in business management. Matthew was an integral part of the development, growth and success of a family business, Whelan’s International, which became a well-respected leader in retail facilities maintenance. Matthew is well versed in the development of best practices within the cleaning and flooring industry, as well as the principles necessary to develop long term mutually rewarding partnerships. This combined experience and education led to his commitment to continually improve processes, programs, and financial efficiencies in both his own company and the operations of his clients and partners. Matthew continues to lead and elevate the employees, clients and contract partners of W Services in order to create successful long term relationships. It is Matthew’s goal to create an environment and culture that fosters development, innovation, success and security for all. Matthew is currently an active member of PRSM and RFMA Associations and has been Co-Chair of PRSM’s Best Practices Committee for 2012 & 2013.

 


 

Robert J. Donley

VP of Client Services

 

Rob had spent 8 years with a NY-based Big Box Retailer, holding positions in Store Management, Corporate Store Operations, Store Planning, Distribution as well as Facilities Management prior to changing over to the Service Provider side of the business in 2001. Since then, he has been responsible for Service Delivery for teams encompassing a variety of Cleaning, Flooring, General Trades, HVAC Maintenance and Repair services.

 


 

Deborah K. Kleopfer

VP of Client Solutions

 

Deborah maintains a background in program development, quality control processes, and chemical cleaning systems. Deborah has been actively involved in the facilities maintenance industry for 30 years in client operations and management, quality assurance, and field operations. Throughout her career, she has built and developed successful sales and operation teams that focus on high level client satisfaction and solutions management. Deborah is currently an active member of PRSM and RFMA associations and is currently a member of the PRSM Editorial and RFMA Resource committees.

 


 

Faye L. Celmer

Executive Assistant

 

As Executive Assistant, Faye Celmer was W Services Group’s first employee and continues to be an integral member of our Executive Leadership Team. Combining 18 years of experience across multiple disciplines of Human Resources, client relationship management, and financial practices within the facilities maintenance industry, Faye brings a valuable perspective to the continued success of W Services Group. Through her tenure at the company, she is involved in all facets of our business operations including development, technology, human resources, and day to day operations. Faye is an active member of PRSM, RFMA and SHRM.

 


 

Ryan M. Sklar

VP of Client Support

 

Ryan brings 10+ years of facilities management expertise. Previous to joining W Services Group, Ryan held an Executive VP position with a leading North American Facilities Management Company who specialized in multi-site consolidated, sustainable janitorial solutions. He was a key figure in the procurement and management from both the sales and operational side of many fortune 100 companies in retail, healthcare, fitness, banking, technology, transportation and food services. Ryan has been part of the executive team at W Services Group since 2013 and his responsibilities include the oversight of quality assurance, our contract partner network as well as the ongoing development and growth of our North American Field Team.
