Vice President Business Development
Ryan has over 15 years of experience in the facility maintenance industry. He began his career in operations, but quickly realized that his passion and natural abilities lie in connecting with and helping other people. This revelation prompted him to enter the world of client business and program development. Ryan has advanced his career and is currently our Vice President of Business Development and oversees our client Experience Department. During his time with W Services, he has received a “Raving Fan” award for his dedication to excellence.
He is incredibly involved in the industry and volunteers time with national professional organizations where he most recently serves on the Connex Foundation Committee, DEI Committee, and in the past as a Co-Chair of the Best Practice Committee as well as the Practical Approach Task Force. Outside of industry related commitments, Ryan is involved with local community charities and volunteers his time to help make a positive impact in the lives of others. When not participating in charitable endeavors, Ryan can be found enjoying life with family, friends and his two pups Maddie and Rudy.
