Rob holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology that has undoubtedly assisted during his career of people management. His previous experience in retail operations and facilities management made for a valuable foundation to his now 25 year career in the facilities service management sector. Rob plays a vital role on the W Services Executive Leadership team. In addition to overseeing the cleaning, emergency, and on call service management teams, Rob has been instrumental in the continued development of our proprietary technology system including transitioning the entire system to a Web based platform. He has spearheaded various other technology projects like field operations mobile applications, contractor partner score carding and portal, business development tracking tools, and other projects aimed at increasing productivity and process improvement. He has direct oversight to all IT matters. When Rob is not delving into cleaning services processes or technology enhancements, he can be found playing competitive darts and spending time with his family.
