As Chief Operating Officer of W Services Group, Rob is responsible for oversight of the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company’s service lines of business and all technology related systems. Rob plays a critical role in translating the company’s strategic vision into actionable plans and ensuring their successful implementation.
With a strong background in facilities management, Rob brings extensive experience in managing complex operations, optimizing processes, and driving organizational growth. He collaborates closely with the Executive Leadership Team to set and drive the company’s vision, operational strategy, and technology system enhancements, ensuring that all departments work cohesively and efficiently towards common goals.
In his time outside of work, Rob enjoys playing competitive darts, and spending time with his family.
