Chief Operating Officer
In his role of Chief Operating Officer, Mike is responsible for overseeing daily operations, service risk management, and service quality assurance through our contractor relationship and field operations teams. In addition, he has oversight of all building operations, purchasing, and safety measures for our corporate office environment.
With his many years of facilities management experience, Mike is an expert in contractor relationship management, scope of work execution, and financial performance. He fosters a culture of continuous improvement and fiscal responsibility across his teams and prioritizes identifying potential risks and develops respective mitigation strategies to safeguard the company’s interests.
On the personal level he has coached youth sports for many years and with any of his leftover free time, he can be found on a golf course enjoying his favorite sport.
