Director Repairs and Flooring
Megan brings more than 13 years of industry experience to her role at W Services Group and is known for her commitment to delivering high-quality results across construction, repairs, and flooring projects. She approaches each project with a detail-oriented, solutions-focused mindset and a strong emphasis on collaboration with clients and stakeholders. Megan holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Science with a minor in History, along with a master’s degree in Secondary Education from St. Thomas Aquinas College. This academic foundation enhances her ability to evaluate complex project needs, communicate clearly, and guide work from planning through completion with precision and accountability.
Her background in competitive athletics has further shaped her disciplined, team-oriented approach to leadership. A lifelong soccer goalkeeper from age four through college, Megan was also selected for the Olympic Development Program at the U14 and U16 levels, experiences that continue to influence her performance-driven mindset and ability to lead under pressure.
