Joe Rodriguez

Sr. Director Field Operations

Joe has been a lifelong resident of Orange County, CA and began his career in the facilities industry 32 years ago as a janitorial technician while achieving his Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration. Joe advanced his career from there to General Manager, expanded into business development as Vice President of Sales and then onto Business Operations as a Senior Vice President managing all aspects of facilities maintenance. In Joe’s current position as Director Field Operations, he excels in navigating all the unique aspects of business and people management in the state of California and mentors other field managers and small business owners to achieve greater results and success in their endeavors.

Outside of work Joe’s interests lie in classic car collecting, sports, and bowling where he has bowled two perfect three hundred games. He enjoys both national and international travel and is proud to have been in all 50 U.S. states and many other countries. When not traveling, Joe can be found enjoying time with his family, friends, and his faithful canine companions.
