Deb began her career with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and worked in the field of research and chemical management programs. She has been actively involved in the facilities maintenance and management industry for over 30 years holding positions in business development, management, training, branding, and quality assurance. Throughout her career, she has built and developed successful client focused teams that are dedicated to high level client satisfaction and solutions management. With her diverse background and experience she presents a unique perspective as part of the Executive Leadership team.
Deb is currently an active member of Connex and RFMA associations where she has volunteered her time serving on the Connex-PRSM Editorial Board, Women in Action Committee Give Back Task Force, Mentorship Program, Connex Foundation Scholars Committee, and the RFMA Resources Committee and Females in Facilities group. Deb enjoys anything outdoors, creating new landscaping, and quality time with her family and pets.
