Vice President Technology Enablement and Analytics
Carolynn holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and has been in the facility management field for 10 years. She has a passion for the details and for technology so since joining W Services Group in 2016, Carolynn has created a position for herself working alongside executive leadership in creating and managing our technology department. She plays an integral role by overseeing our work order management system, the helpdesk team, and our training program. In addition to those direct efforts, Carolynn also collaborates with our IT partners to introduce new software optimizations that support the company’s commitment to continual improvement. These optimizations contribute to increased efficiency and to more impactful and value-added solutions for our employees and clients.
In recent years, her team has expanded into analytics and the use of Power BI, combining strategic IT tools, platforms, and processes with data analytics to transform raw data into actionable insights. This work helps drive efficiency, innovation, and stronger decision-making for the executive leadership team, effectively bridging the gap between technology adoption and organizational goals.
In her free time, Carolynn spends quality time with her husband and two daughters. She is also on the board of her family’s nonprofit, ACE Family Foundation. The foundation’s mission is to assist families on Long Island who are facing tough times due to a life-threatening illness or other hardship. In the summer you can find her out on the water enjoying a variety of boating activities.
