Karen began her human resources journey with an educational foundation and degree in Psychology and then continued her pursuit of excellence by achieving professional certification through the country’s leading HR Management organization. She is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in fostering organizational success through strategic human resources initiatives. Due to her proficiency in enhancing HR processes, optimizing employee cultural experience, and promoting organizational values, she excels at attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Her commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and change management in a high-performance environment is pivotal to the continued growth and success of our company.
In her current role as the Director of Human Resources, Karen leads comprehensive HR initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. Her expertise in these key initiatives leads to proficiency in leveraging data driven insights to inform decision-making and enhance workforce effectiveness. She collaborates closely with senior leadership to develop robust HR strategies centered on program development, performance management, and employee development.
