Director Marketing
Erica is a highly accomplished individual with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing and Operational Management. She has further augmented her academic achievements by obtaining an MBA degree. She began her marketing career in the legal and accounting industry before getting her start in facilities services as the Marketing Manager at W Services Group. Through Erica’s fast learning pace, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of what drives the face of the ‘W’ Brand, she is now leading our creative team as Director Marketing. In her current position, she is responsible for creation and implementation of the company’s branding, engagement, and marketing strategies that will continue to propel the ‘W’ brand across all employee, business partner, and client platforms.
On a more personal note, Erica immensely enjoys travel, being active, and spending time in the outdoors- especially the beach!
