This is a partnered program that captures the customer’s needs and recommendations, ensuring all requirements are met. We perform a detailed evaluation for every location based on current needs, sales, square footage, traffic count, geographic location, age, prior budget history and existing store materials. Our rating system bundles locations by priority, which produces a refreshed budget without exceeding the existing budgetary allocations.

Our service teams are cross trained within every account to increase our knowledge base and assist in benchmarking practices. Our standard practices are incorporated with the specific needs of each customer, so every customer benefits from this shared process.

Quality Field Assessments

Our field team assists in providing field training and quality assurance visits. We utilize hand held devices that provide real time feedback regarding customers’ locations and subcontractor information. Our subcontractors are also an extension of our team and assist in providing accurate feedback. Partnering with our management team to continually advance operations, our field team drives service execution, efficiency and quality.

Real Time Vendor Score Cards

We utilize our web capabilities within our IT infrastructure, to partner with our customers to get real time service experience communicated into our office. This feedback is incorporated into the daily operations to ensure best practices are determined, along with guaranteeing that the best providers are assigned to all customer locations. This assists in improving onsite execution, service efficiency and long term vendor training.

Lower Costs through Shared Efficiencies

Our goal is to improve the effectiveness of services and operational efficiencies with reduced visitations. We strive to reduce duplication and overlapping of communication so we can capture costs saved, and use them for additional services or reductions in costs to customers. W Services Group manages, schedules and invoices work orders electronically, reducing waste and costs at the work order level.
